Our flexible cover is made from a supple, durable vegan leather. Leather comes in many finishes, from highly textured, to very fine and smooth. For 2 years we tested cover materials that spanned the range, working to find the right grain to allow a perfect crease on the spine. The result is what you see here today.
Find flexibility with a softcover. Supple and light to the touch, the soft cover molds perfectly to every occasion.
Impervious to liquid. This notebook survives splashes, sprinkles, sprays, splatters and spills. Your pen will never bleed through the page.
Perfectly bound. That might sound arrogant, but we’re just being technical. We apply glue sparingly to the very ends of each page, allowing the paper to lay flat. This allows for an utterly unencumbered writing experience.
Impossibly smooth. Our paper baffles the senses. Described as buttery, velvety, silky smooth. The lack of plant fibres and grain direction makes writing effortless and cramp free - unless you have a kung-fu grip.
Available in Lined, Black, Dot Grid or Square Grid to suit a diverse range of uses and professions.
You'll notice details such as an expandable back pocket to store notes, and velvety elastic bands to enclose the notebook.

Strangely familiar.
It has been a pleasure to experiment and practice on a medium that feels strangely familiar, yet inspires me to do some things different. I've used fountain inks, watercolors, acrylic, pencil, and marker pens. Fountain inks are my favorite.

One-of-a-kind product.
While it is a transition at first, once you find a suitable pen that works well with the stone paper, this journal is absolutely fantastic. The paper never tears or bleeds, not a hint of water damage, so durable no matter where I happen to leave it. I have bent it out of shape shoving my journal into my backpack only to pull it out hours later, flatten it back out, and not a bit of harm done.
